There are various reasons why one can have Acne. Not having a clean skin, exposing skin to chemicals and pollution – all these can cause Acne. Now thanks to environmental pollution and our stressful life, it is difficult to keep Acne away, but it is not impossible. Acne can also be caused by the body’s hormonal imbalance as well as a poor diet, excess stress, lack of rest or sleep, insufficient water intake and the presence of toxins in the colon or liver.

As a matter of fact, you can fight this skin condition naturally. Here are some tips that will come in handy. If you have Acne, do not try to pop it. Instead go for either a cold or a hot compress. The hot compress will open up the pores that are clogged and the cold compress will help to close the pore. Now you might be wondering why close the pores after opening them. Two reasons – if you leave the pores open, you will allow dirt to enter the pores. You do not want that.

Fruits are a great remedy for Acne. Mix a bit of Cucumber or juice of some citric fruit with a few drops of Almond Oil. Apply the mixture on the affected area and see the difference in few days. If you are looking for something that would prevent the Acne, Fenugreek Leaves are just the thing for you. All you have to do is make a paste of the leaves and apply it on your skin. Keep it all night long and then wash it in the morning.

If you have White Vinegar in your kitchen, take a bit of that and apply it with a cotton ball on the affected area. Keep it for a while but no more than 10 minutes. Then wash it off. Toxins are entering our bodies daily via our food intake and environmental pollution.

The body’s liver is meant to flush out the toxins but sometimes, the built up of toxins can overwork the liver, leading to possible liver and colon damage. You will need to apply a good detoxification program to help your liver remove the toxin built up. Otherwise, you will experience a lot of acne sprouting on your skin.
